This is highlighted in guidelines for sustainable smart governance data services aiming to bring about the local government organizations including the development of processing infrastructure, development and building of organizational capacity, governance data catalog, creating smart citizenship change and adaptation processes, making the public participation processes to implementation on the process of creating awareness with an emphasis on communicating knowledge and information, presenting information on operating results and activities through the use of technology to drive the smart governance data services of local government organizations efficiently.
