Abstract

Product cost analysis is important for community enterprises to practice from the beginning of production planning for sales because it is the basis for setting product prices and planning profits from selling products that can sustain growth in business operations. This study was done on the impacts of reducing production costs on productivity in sustainability community enterprises in Thailand by collecting data from document study, participatory action learning, brainstorming, knowledge transfer, and exploration with the participants to data. Reducing production costs include accounting administration, cost management, production process, learning and organizational growth, marketing, customer and group process, and finances, which are the impacts of direct and indirect influences significant on productivity in sustainability community enterprises. The impacts will benefit the development of sustainable community enterprises.
